One of the biggest benefits was the flexibility and custom-to-me program. I’ve done those goofy rigid programs in the past and have felt absolutely restricted by the mandates of them. The adaptability of the custom program Diahana designed for me provided an element of ease with which to follow the suggestions.

The variety and depth of activities/meals/self-care was of great value to me. It was like a mindset re-do for me and made the whole program a pleasure.
