We start where most programs end — with a complete, honest picture of where you are right now. No judgment. Just truth, curiosity, and the beginning of real change. We build your movement foundation, establish your personal nutrition framework, and set up the accountability rhythms that carry you through all 12 weeks.

Live group session and personal intake. Where you are, where you want to go, and what has been in the way.

Week 2
Move Like You Mean It

Customized movement guide — functional strength for women 55+. No gym required.

Week 3
Nourish, Don't Punish

Customized nutrition framework — whole-food, high-protein, sustainable. Built around your life.

Week 4
The Accountability Ritual

Live group check-in. Celebrate week 4 wins, adjust what is not working, and set month 2 intentions.

Restore the Energy

This is where the work gets deeper. The physical habits are in place. Now we address what the body is holding beneath the surface. Stress, grief, old patterns, suppressed energy. This month introduces the energetic dimension of healing — and begins the integration of body and spirit that makes this program unlike anything else available.

Live group session — introduction to energy healing, IET, and why what you've been carrying matters.

Week 6
Sleep, Stress and the Nervous System

Customized deep dive — the connection between cortisol, chronic stress, and why your body holds on.

Week 7
Release What No Longer Serves

Customized guided practice — gentle somatic and energetic tools to begin releasing what your body has stored.

Week 8
Midpoint Celebration and Reset

Live group session. Halfway there. We celebrate, recalibrate, and prepare for the most powerful month yet.

The body is stronger. The energy is clearer. Now we turn toward the life itself — the goals, the dreams, the micro-habits that make everything sustainable long after the 12 weeks end. This is where your personal vision for vibrant, aligned living becomes concrete, measurable, and joyfully yours.

What Does Aligned Actually Look Like?

Live group session — your personal vision for body, energy and life. Not someone else's ideal. Yours.

Week 10
The Micro-Habit Blueprint

Customized — building the small, daily practices that make big transformation permanent and effortless.

Week 11
Integration and Identity

Customized — you are not the woman who started week 1. Who are you now? How do you live from this place?

Week 12
The Graduation Gathering

Live group celebration. Testimonials, reflections, and the beginning of the rest of your life.

Research shows that getting about 150 minutes of moderate movement per week, think brisk walking, dancing, or anything that gets your heart pumping, and at least 2 strength sessions weekly can have major benefits for energy, metabolism, and overall health.
