You Might Be Wondering
Do I need to be fit or have any wellness experience to join?
Absolutely not. This program meets you exactly where you are — whether you haven't moved in years or you're already active and just need something deeper. Mavis came to Diahana barely able to lift 5 pounds. She's now doing TRX pull-ups. Start where you are.
What if I miss a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You won't miss a thing. That said, showing up live is where the magic and community connection happens — so we encourage it when you can.
How much time do I need each week?
This is designed for real life — including full-time jobs, family commitments, and everything in between. Plan for 2–3 hours per week: one hour for the live or recorded session, and the remaining time for your async content and movement practice. Nothing is excessive by design.
What exactly is IET and do I have to do it?
Integrated Energy Therapy® is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy healing modality that works with the body's cellular memory to release stored emotional energy. It is completely optional — a private add-on for members who want to go deeper. You never have to do anything you're not ready for.
Is this virtual only or can I meet Diahana in person?
The group program runs entirely on Zoom — which means women anywhere in the world can join. If you're local to the Medford/Ashland/Jacksonville, Oregon area, there may be opportunities for in-person connection. Ask Diahana directly.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You keep everything — all the content, your wellness blueprint, your community connections. Graduates have first access to future cohorts, alumni community, and exclusive offers. The 12 weeks is the beginning, not the end.
